当前河南省建筑业发展现状及存在的主要问题与对策

摘　　要：当前,河南省建筑业在诸多方面与先进省份存在明显差距,主要问题是:产业结构不合理,产业集中度不高,建筑队伍技术含量偏低,经济效益较差等.为此,我们需要采取以下对策:明确河南省建筑业发展的主要目标,走出去、创品牌,实施"多元经营"、"科技兴企"、"人才兴企"、"文化兴企"和"精品工程"等战略,以实现河南省由建筑业大省向强省的转变.Along with the degree of opening to the outside world and accelerating of industrialization, the improvement of the degree of competitiveness in the market has been increasingly strengthened. In this manner,Henan should increase the overall strength of the construction industry and market competitiveness, accelerate the reform and development of the construction industry. However,in many aspects of the construction industry in the province , there is a distinct gap between the advanced provinces, such as irrational industrial structure, low degree of industrial concentration, low technological content of the construction team, the less cost- effective. Hence, we need to adopt the following strategy ： the construction industry is clearly the guiding ideology and main objectives; Implementation of the ＂going out＂ strategy, ＂Brand＂ strategy, ＂ Diversified Business＂ Strategy, ＂ to enhance the management capacity strategy＂, ＂ technology enterprise＂ strategy, ＂ talent flourishes enterprise＂ strategy, ＂ Cultural promoting enterprise＂ strategy and ＂ excellent projeer＂ strategy, in the construction industry in order to achieve a big change from a big construction province to a strong constructionprovince.
