摘　　要：就个人计算机硬盘故障的原因及一般处理方法作一探讨,对硬盘的日常维护和保养提出几条建议.For computer users, hard disk failure is simply a disaster. Because of hard disk capacity＇s unparalleled advantages in the external storage devices, as well as the advantages of convenience in access, today hard disk has become the most important cartier of data and system procedures. If the hard disk fails, it means a serious threat to data security. This is not tolerated by the majority of users who must face the cruel reality. This paper deals with a general approach to the restoration of hard disk failure in the hope that it can benefit the computer users.
