摘　　要：为了改善欢东油田边底水油藏高含水率、高采出程度阶段开发效果,进一步提高油藏采收率,在欢2-7-13块进行了边底水油藏二次开发试验和二次开发技术研究,并取得较好效果,初步形成了边底水油藏剩余油分布规律研究、水平井技术、侧钻挖潜技术、注采井网调整等二次开发技术,对欢东边底水油藏及同类油藏的开发具有较好的借鉴和指导意义。In order to improve the development response and recovery factor of reservoirs with edge/bottom water in Huandong oilfield in the period of high water cut and high ratio of total oil produced to OOIP,this paper studies secondary development test and technology for Block Huan2-7-13 and has achieved good result.The technology of secondary development involves residual oil distribution,horizontal well technique,side-tracking technique,and flood pattern modification,which may guide the development of Huandong reservoirs and other similar reservoirs.
