摘　　要：在开放经济中,汇率是连接各国经济的重要纽带,成为影响国际资本流动的重要因素。人民币汇率问题一直是国际关注的热点,人民币汇率变动将直接影响人民币和外汇资产未来收益率之差,因而对境外资本流入产生很大影响。在现行人民币升值压力下,人民币汇率变动与境外资本流入的关系值得探讨。The exchange rate which links the economy among any nations has become a important factor which affects the flow of international capital. Exchange Rate of Renminbi is a hot spot concerned by international society, which affect the difference between Renminbi and rate of profit of foreign exchange, so the fluctuation of Exchange Rate of Reminbi will affect inflow of foreign capital. The paper explores the relationship between fluctuation of Exchange Rate of Reminbi and the foreign capital.
