摘 要:在模拟的文物铸铁上,研究已生成较厚锈层的带锈铸铁在3.5%NaCl溶液中的阴极保护行为和较厚锈层对铸铁阴极保护的影响.结果表明,带锈铸铁阴极保护初期的保护电流密度大小受非稳态扩散步骤控制,使得保护初期在较长时间内需要很大的保护电流密度,直到趋于稳定后,它才接近于相同条件下裸铸铁所需的保护电流密度大小.For understanding the behavior of the aging iron artifacts under cathodic protection thick rust layers were prepored on the simulating iron casts and then the effect of the thick rust layers on the behavior of the cast iron under cathodic protection has been invistigated. The results showed that cathodic current density was controlled by the unsteady state diffusion step in the early period of CP, which made the required cathodic current density larger than that for the bare cast iron at the same conditions for a long time. And when tending to the steady state, it had the same level as that for the bare cast iron over a long time.
