摘　　要：反倾销等相关协议不仅标志着WTO自我保护规则体系的确立,也标志着现代市场经济对低价竞争的理性扬弃;知识产权协议(TRIPS)则标志着WTO自我保护规则体系的发展和完善,二者是互为依存、相互支撑的统一体。实现自我保护与自主创新的战略融合并以此构建新的成长战略,已成为企业需要高度重视的问题。The Anti - Dumping correlation agreements signify the establishment of the WTO Self-Protection regulation structure and the abandonment of the Low - priced competition in modem market economy, TRIPS means improvement .and development of the WTO Self- Protection regulation structure, and they form an entia of mutual benefiting. It is a major task for China＇ s enterprises to bring about the strategic fusion of Self-Protection with Self- Renovation and establis a new growing strategy.
