摘　　要：梁启超先生在《清代学术概论》中曾经指出,以徽商为主体的两淮盐商对于乾嘉时期清学全盛的贡献,与南欧巨室豪贾之于欧洲文艺复兴,可以相提并论。明清徽商在给扬州经济上带来繁荣的同时,也在地域文化、园林文化、教育事业以及饮食文化等方方面面给扬州文化带来了空前的发展。Liang Qi--chao once stated his opinions in his book. The Generality of Qing literature that the contribution which the salt merchants in Huaihe River Area brought to the Qing literature under the reign of Qianlong and Jiaqing Emperors can be equivalent to the Southern European rich families of European Renaissance. The merchants have effected not only on the economy in Yangzhou but also the regional culture, gardening, education, food culture and so on.
