摘　　要：警察权力属于行政权的一种,社会活力的增强、社会的转型必然要求警察权力的扩大,但是警察的权力必须在法律规定的范围内行使。本文试图从警察权力的性质和对警察权力控制的必要性入手,阐述如何对警察权力的行使进行法律的控制,从而保证警察权力行使的正确性、合法性和有效性。Policemen power is one of the administration authorities, strengthening of social vigor and social transition necessarily demand for enlarging of policemen power, but policemen power must be exercised within legal rules. The paper, from the perspective of the properties and necessity of control, of policemen power, tries to expound how to control policemen power in terms of law to guarantee the exactness, legitimacy and availability of policemen exercise power.
