肿瘤特异生长因子检测在恶性肿瘤诊断及治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:评价肿瘤特异生长因子(TSGF)对恶性肿瘤的诊断和疗效判定价值。方法:用分光光度法测定159例多种恶性肿瘤患者血清中TSGF水平并与正常对照组进行比较,对其中41例恶性肿瘤治疗前后进行血清中TSGF检测,以判定疗效。结果:恶性肿瘤患者血清中的TSGF水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),治疗后恶性肿瘤患者血清中的TSGF的含量较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:TSGF具有较高的敏感性、特异性和广谱性,对肿瘤患者的早期诊断及疗效观察具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective：To evaluate the value of tumor specific growth factor （TSGF） in diagnosis and following up the therapeutic effect for malignant tumors, Methods：TSGF in serum of 159 cancer patients was tested with spectrophotometric method , and were compared with that of normal controls , TSGF in serum of 41 cancer patients were separately measured in patients with ant - treatment and post - treatment for comparing on therapeutic effect, Results：The level of TSGF in serum of cancer patients was significantly higher than that in the controls. The level of TSGF in malignant tumor patients with post - treatment was lower than that in patients with ant - treatment. Conclusion：Tumor specificity growth factor possess higher sensitive, specificity and suitability, have determinate clinical application value in tumor patient diagnose, therapeutic effect observation and pristine predict.
