家鸡腺胃及十二指肠内分泌细胞的形态学观察

摘　　要：本文采用Ｇｒｉｍｅｌｉｅｕｓ嗜银染色法对５只家鸡腺胃及十二指肠内分泌细胞的形态在光镜及电镜下进行了研究。鸡的腺胃及十二指肠中均能见到内分泌细胞，并且腺胃内分泌细胞的数量显著高于十二指肠。鸡的腺胃的每个腺泡都不同程度地分布有内分泌细胞。鸡的十二指肠内分泌细胞主要分布于肠腺内，在小肠绒毛内分布较少。The morphology of endocrime cells in proventriculus and duodenum of chicken(both male and female)were studied with microscope and electron microscope by means of Grimelieus′s method of argyrophil reaction.Endocrime cells distribute in both of proventriculus and duodenum,but observed much more in duodenum.The distribution of endocrime cell is different in each gland alveolus in proventriculus;but in duodenum,that lies mainly in intestinad gland ,less in intestinum tenue villi.
