祛腐生肌膏治疗低位肛瘘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:为探讨祛腐生肌膏用于肛瘘术后促进创面愈合的疗效。方法:将60例肛瘘手术患者分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组除采用与对照组相同的治疗外,加用祛腐生肌膏。结果:治疗组在减轻创面疼痛、渗出及创面愈合时间方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:祛腐生肌膏可明显缩短创面愈合时间,解除组织炎症水肿,缓解疼痛渗出,具有临床应用价值。Objective： To explore the therapeutic results of Qu Fu Sheng Ji ointment in the promotion of would healing after surgical operation of anal fistula. Methods：60 cases with anal fistula who received scergical treatment were divided into 2 groups,30 patients in group A, while the other 30 patients in group B.Results： The therapeutic effect in tenrms of relieving would paln,reducing exudates and shoutening healing pariod of time was better in group A than in group B （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Qu Fu Sheng Ji ointment obviously reduce the would healing period of time,promote eduma subsidence and relieve pain ＆secretion, and is promising in clinical application.
