摘　　要：黄河是华夏文明的摇蓝,是中华民族的母亲河,开发黄河水电对发展沿黄地区经济,造福各族人民具有重大的意义。简要回顾了人民治黄60年的历程和取得的丰功伟绩,展示了黄河上游水电开发有限责任公司在新世纪、新阶段为我国水电开发事业所做出的重大贡献,概述了拉西瓦水电站建设的难点和对策,展望了黄河上游水电的发展目标。The Yellow River is the cradle of the civilization of China and is a mother river of Chinese Nationality. This paper briefly reviews the history of 60 years harnessing process of the Yellow River and the gained great achievements, reveals the great contributions to the cause of hydropower development in China made by the Yellow River Upstream Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. in new century and in new stage, briefly describes the difficulties and countermea- sures in the construction of Laxiwa Hydropower Station, and finally prospects for the development goals of hydropower in the upstream of the Yellow River.
