摘 要:拉西瓦水电站两条大洞径的尾水洞,采用先底拱、后边顶拱的混凝土浇筑方式。为确保施工质量,控制混凝土衬砌单循环时间,加快施工进度,对边顶拱钢模台车拆模时间进行了计算和研究。经综合考虑,确定拆模时间为8h,经现场拆模实践证明,拆模后的混凝土表面无裂缝和拉裂痕迹。Because two tailrace tunnels of Laxiwa Hydropower Station are big in its diameter, the concrete lining adopted the way of “first bottom and then side and top arch”. In order to guarantee the construction quality of project, control the time of single cycle of concrete lining and speed up the construction progress, the calculation and research were made on the removal time of steel form platform for side and top arch. On the basis of comprehensive consideration, the removal time of formwork was determined to be 8 hours. The practice proved that no crack occurs in the surface of concrete after the removal of formwork.
