摘　　要：矿井合理开采深度的确定能够为煤矿企业在社会主义市场经济体制下进行合理的决策提供科学依据,它由技术和经济两个因素所决定。通过分析提出了在当前情况下经济上的合理性是其主要影响因素。在对影响煤炭开采经济性的成本因素进行总结的过程中,创新性地提出了吨煤成本修正系数这一概念,给出了确定煤矿矿井合理开采深度的方法。The determination for reasonable mining depth of coal mine can supply scientific reference for Mine Corporation to make decision rationally under the system of social market economy, and it is decided by both technological factor and economic factor. And the economic rationality is considered as its primary factor under the current condition. By summarizing the cost factors which impact the economical efficiency of coal exploitation, the cost compensation factor as one innovative concept is put forward, finally the method to determine the reasonable mining depth of coal mine is presented in this paper.
