摘　　要：目的:在药品制度改革后,解决医生因必须输入通用名而不能输入商品名带来的不便。方法:为适应制度要求,我院对药品拼音输入码的生成方法进行改造。结果:将一个项目名称定义多个输入码,实现了一名多码或一码多名的目的,有效地解决了这一问题。结论:这一方法不需改动源程序,经实际应用,简单易行,非常实用。Objective To deal with the inconvenience that doctors have to use current name but not trade name in writing the prescription after the institutional reform of medicine. Methods To meet the system requirement, the generating method of drug phonetieized code was altered in our hospital. Result The problem was solved by defining one item with multiple codes, i.e. one name with multiple codes or one code with multiple names. Conclusion With source program untouched, this method is simple and feasible in practical application.
