摘  要:报道了SrS(Eu,Sm)的写入、读出和发射光谱分布及输出发光对输入光强的关系.利用~100μm厚的SrS(Eu,Sm)薄膜进行了图象存储和加减功能的实验,结果表明,该材料在光信息存储和处理中具有很大的应用前景.The spectra of write, read and output in SrS(Eu, Sm) were reported. The linearity of outputing-stimulated luminescence intensity versus writing-light intensity and reading light- in-tensity were given. The function of image storage and image addition and subtraction were exper-imentally demonstrated, using SrS(Eu, Sm) film whose thickness is approximately-100μm. The results show that this material has very greatly potentiality for application in optical information storege and processing.
