摘　　要：接地技术是抑制噪声和防止干扰的重要手段之一。对几种常见的接地方式分别做了介绍,列出了其优缺点。在此基础上,详细阐述了A/D转换器、屏蔽线、平衡电路和PCB板的接地抗干扰的方法,以及电子设备在设计地线和接地点时应考虑的主要问题。The grounding technology is one of the important methods to restrain noise and guard against disturbing. Several kinds of common grounding ways are introduced and the merits and the demerits are listed. Meanwhile, the methods of grounding anti-interference about the A/D converter, shield line, balanced circuit and PCB beard are elaborated, and the main issues should be considered when designing earth wire and the grounding position in the electronic equipment.
