摘　　要：目的探讨应用锁定加压接骨板（LCP）治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法回顾分析21例桡骨远端粉碎性骨折患者行切开复位LCP内固定，术后早期功能锻炼。结果术后随访6～24个月，平均13个月，骨折全部愈合，无内固定物松动或骨折移位等并发症发生。腕关节功能按Dienst功能评分评定：优15例，良4例，可2例，优良率90．5％。结论运用锁定加压接骨板内固定治疗远端粉碎性骨折，临床疗效满意，能够牢固维持复位，有利于患肢早期功能锻炼，恢复腕关节功能。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of using locking compression plate （LCP） in comminated fractures of distal radius. Methods Twenty - one cases of comminated fractures of distal radius were treated with open reduction and interal fixation with LCP,and got early functional exercises postoperatively. Results All the pa- tients were followed up for 6 to 24 months with an everage of 13 months,union was obtained in all the patients. No complication was found. The clinical outcome was evaluated according to Dienst score, the excellent in 15 cases, good in 4 cases,and improvement in 2 cases. The all satisfactory rate was 90. 5%. Conclusion LCP has been proven as s safe and effective implant for treatment of comminated fractures of distal radius,in which it can firmly hold the reduced fracture segments and facilitate early postoperative rehabilitation and mechanical axis.
