摘　　要：[目的]通过综合措施减少艾滋病在祥云县注射吸毒人群和暗娼中的传播及其产生的影响。[方法]建立了支持性环境、搭建五个项目活动平台,对目标人群开展宣传教育、行为干预、治疗和关爱等一系列综合干预措施,阻断其传播途径,减少艾滋病所产生的危害。[结果]对659名吸毒者,1067名暗娼,6名性病门诊就诊者,719名其他人群开展了不同形式的行为干预和服务,对20人进行了抗病毒治疗,340人进行了抗机会性感染治疗,273人开展了关怀和支持服务。[结论]支持性环境基本形成,项目干预平台的建立,目标人群的参与,对艾滋病防治工作起到了积极的推动作用。Objective： To reduce the HIV transmission and negative effect among the injection drug users （IDUs） and commercial sex workers （CSWs） by the comprehensive measures. Method： To establish the supportive surroundings and set up five platforms of activities to develop the public education, behavior intervention and treatment ＆ care and other comprehensive interventions. Results： 1） the various behavior intervention and services were provided to the 659 IDUs, 1067 CSWs, 6 clients in clinic of sexual transmitted diseases and 719 persons of other groups; 2） 20 persons were provided antiretroviral treatment and 340 persons were managed opportunistic infections; and 3） 273 persons were covered by the care and support service. Conclusion： The establishment of supportive surroundings ＆ intervention platform of project and the involvement of target population have the active promotion for HIV/AIDS prevention and control.
