摘　　要：全实验室自动化(TLA)代表着检验医学全程自动化的方向。TLA的成功实施因素之一是实验室自动化系统(LAS)、实验室信息系统(LIS)和临床信息系统(CIS)三者间的良好整合。本文从网络结构、工作流程和实现方法上详细介绍了一个成功案例,为国内医院更多、更好地应用TLA技术提供实践经验。Total laboratory automation （TLA） is the kndication of clinical laboratory medicine The good integration of the labo- ratory automation system （LAS）, the laboratory information system （LIS）,and the clinic information system（CIS）is one of the key factors of a successful TLA. This article gives a detailed introduction on the network infrastructure, work flow, and hnplementation techniques of a successful case,and shares experiences for applying TLA in the hospitals within China.
