摘 要:分别对常规烧碱-蒽醌法和改进的烧碱-蒽醌法蒸煮所得的全棉秆浆进行漂白实验,研究了ODQP漂白中O段氧压、D段二氧化氯用量和P段H2O2用量对漂白浆质量的影响。结果表明,两种全棉秆浆采用ODQP漂序白度均能达到80%以上,但是常规蒸煮的浆在较少药剂用量时白度达不到85%,而改进蒸煮的浆白度可以达到88%以上。Two kinds of cotton stalk pulp from conventional soda-AQ cooking and modified soda-AQ cooking were bleached in this paper. Bleaching process of ODQP and the relevant parameters were studied. The results indicated that two kinds of pulp can be bleached to above 80% ISO, but the conventional soda-AQ pulp can not reach 85%ISO when less chemical dosage is used. However, modified soda-AQ pulp can be bleached to above 88%ISO at the same conditions. The results showed that the modified soda-AQ pulp has better bleachability.
