摘 要:介绍了置换蒸煮技术的起源及发展历程,简述了该技术在全球的应用情况,重点论述了DDS置换间歇式蒸煮系统的优越性,如DDS系统置换洗涤效果好,成浆卡伯值低、强度好、得率高,可降低蒸汽及化学药品消耗,对环境友好等。The origin and development of DDS (Displacement Digester Systems) were reviewed. The applications of DDS in the world was introduced briefly. DDS is the latest development of batch cooking system and has undergone many evolutions and modifications. It has many advantages compared with traditional cooking system. A complete cooking cycle of DDS includes six operations: chip fill(FC), initial cook operation(IC), middle cook operation(MC), cooking(KC), recovery(RC), discharge(DC). DDS represents an important trend of pulping technology.
