足母甲皮瓣游离移植在急诊拇指损伤中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨采用（足母）甲皮瓣游离移植治疗急诊拇指损伤的临床效果。方法采用（足母）甲皮瓣治疗12例，术后根据皮瓣成活情况进行评价。结果随访12例，时间1个月～5年，术后皮瓣完全成活。结论采用（足母）甲皮瓣急诊重建拇指指甲等组织，不牺牲足趾，手术一次完成，具有理想的外形，是较理想的方法。Objective To conclude the clinical efficacy of free Big Toe-nail flap repairing severe avulsion injury of thumb. Methods 12 cases were repaired with free Big Toe-nail flap. Results 12 case were followed up for an average period of 5.2 months（1～60 months）. The living flap are 12 cases. Conclusion Free Big Toe-nail flap reconstructing thumbs had skin and nail with good movement and sensation, while the big toes were also preserved. Being completed primarily in one-step ,giving rapid repair and quick convalescence, the procedure was apparently more advantageous than other methods.
