摘　　要：在分析目前制约西安军工行业创新发展原因及技术中介服务体系的基础上,指出军工行业可以利用技术中介机构参与到技术成果转化的市场竞争中,从而挖掘军工行业技术成果转化的潜力,探索军工行业创新发展的新路子。This paper analyses the causes of restricting the innovation development of war industry in Xi＇an area and the effect of technologic agency service system in market economy, indicates that war industry should participate in the market competition of industrialization of scientific and technological production by means of technologic agency institution to tap the potential of industrialization of scientific and technological production, and explores the new method of innovation development of war industry.
