摘　　要：使用与SolidWorks集成的有限元分析软件COSMOSWorks,可以方便、快速、准确地对三维模型的零部件进行有限元计算,使分析人员从繁琐而复杂的建模或三维模型转换中解脱出来。介绍了COSMOSWorks软件的主要模块、特点及功能,并以铁路客车转向架的主要部件摇枕为例,进行了有限元强度计算,通过对实物试样的静强度试验,对计算结果进行了验证。Using finite element analysis software of COSMOSWorks which is integrated with SolidWorks can analyze strength and stiffness of three-dimensional model quickly and correctly. It might be helpful to free designers from niggling and error-prone computation： The major module, characteristic and function of the software COSMOSWorks is introduced in this paper. Using the bolster of the truck of passenger car as an example, the FEM analysis results and real object static strength test results are compared in this paper.
