摘 要:长波红外物镜受应用环境的影响很大,环境温度的变化会引起物镜的离焦效应,振动环境对光学装调提出要求,为了验证广角长波红外物镜的环境适应性能,对长波红外物镜的温度适用范围进行了理论计算,并通过光学设计仿真在该温度范围内物镜的成像质量,实际光学装调中考虑到光学物镜抗振性能,经过实际成像与振动试验得到,在Δt=±15°范围内和经过正弦对数扫描振动与随机振动试验后成像质量均良好,试验结果验证了长波红外物镜的环境适用性,该物镜能够满足空间使用的要求。An infrared objective is seriously affected by its environmental factors. It can defocus with the environmental temperature change. Its optical assembly has to meet the requirement of vibration environment. In order to validate the environmental adaptability of a wide-angle long-wavelength infrared objective, the adaptive temperature range is theoretically calculated. And the image quality in this temperature range is evaluated through the simulation of optical design. Its vibration resistance is taken into account during its actual optical assembly.Actual imaging and vibration tests show that the objective maintains excellent image quality within the temperature range from -15 ℃ to +15 ℃ and after both sine logarithm and random vibration test respectively.The results validate its adaptability to environment,it can meet the requirement of space application.
