摘 要:化学接枝增重可改善丝绸的服饰性能。通过设计正交实验优选出甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)接枝蚕丝的条件:过硫酸钾(KPS)质量分数0.75%,甲酸质量分数2.25%,温度90℃,时间60 min。衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱测试证明甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)已接枝到蚕丝上。相比原样,接枝增重后的蚕丝回潮率下降、初始膜量增加、白度指数下降。接枝处理用氮气(N2)保护或选用氧化还原体系作引发剂,可提高接枝增重蚕丝的白度;80℃温度下多次漂洗既能改善接枝增重蚕丝的手感,亦能提高其白度。To improve the clothing property of silk, the conditions of grafting HEMA on silk to weight were optimized by orthogonat design method. The optimum conditions were achieved as following. The concentration of KPS and formic acid was 0.75% and 2.25%, respectively, grafting time was 60 minutes, and grafting temperature was 90℃. The results of ATR-FITR spectrogram test showed that HEMA had been added to silk. Young's Modulus of the weighted silk was increased, while moisture regain ratio and whiteness index were decreased. Grafting silk under nitrogen or selecting redox as initiator could enhance whiteness of the weighted silk. Rinsing at 80℃ several times could improve handle property and whiteness of the weighted silk.
