摘 要:目的:筛选耐低温菌株并研究对模拟生活污水的降解效果,为利用微生物降解法处理低温生活污水奠定基础。方法:采用平板稀释分离法在低温条件下分离耐低温菌株,并进一步通过驯化提高菌株降解模拟生活污水COD效果.结果筛选出一株耐低温菌株C3;经进一步驯化后,在实验条件下耐低温菌株C3对模拟生活污水COD的降解率达90%。结论:采用耐低温菌株处理寒冷地区生活污水可大大提高处理效果。Objective this research is to screen low temperature-resistant strains and study COD degradation efficiency of the sewage water by the low temperature-resistant strains.It can give the foundation of methods about how to deal with the low temperature sewage water by using microbial degradation.Method by using dilution methods through plate spreading,to isolate low temperature-resistant strains from carp intestine and then acclimate it at low temperature to improve the efficiency of COD degradation.Result after further acclimation,the degradation efficiency could reach 90% under laboratory condition.Conclusion the degradation efficiency on the sewage water in cold area could be greatly improved by the low temperature-resistant strains.
