摘　　要：文章探讨了建设项目环境保护设施验收监测工作中,如何正确地选用和使用标准,如何确定各项污染因子的评价量。文章侧重于验收监测标准的选用原则:标准级别及限值的确定;标准使用过程中应该注意的问题。环境标准是国家环境政策方面的具体体现,是行使环境监督管理的执法依据,是强化环境管理工作的核心。所以,在环境监测中正确选用和应用各类环境标准尤为重要。在建设项目竣工环境验收监测中环境标准渗透于工作的方方面面,并贯穿于监测的始终,它是验收监测的灵魂。With emphasis on principle of choosing and applying monitoring standards for acceptance, determination of class and limit value of the standard and problems in application, the article deals with how to choose standard correctly and determine the assessment volume of each pollution factor. Environmental standard is the embodiment of national environment policy, the ba- sis for law enforcement in exercising environmental supervision and administration power, the core of intensifying environment management. Therefore, it is especially important to choose and applying the standard correctly.
