摘　　要：介绍多功能电能表的DL/T-645通信规约,分析了红外通信原理,提出了应用PWM原理实现红外通信调制的方法,给出了基于UART和PWM调制的红外通信接口电路,指出硬件设计的关键问题,说明软件设计要点并给出帧接收流程图,提供实用的设计参考。The DL/T -645 protocol used in multi-function meter and the principle of infrared communication are introduced. A method of infrared modulation with PWM is put forward. Also, the infrared communication interface based on UART with PWM modulation and the keys of hardware design are provided. The main points of software design, the flow chart of receiving frame and the applicable reference are described.
