南盘江上游生态环境现状及其保护

摘　　要：南盘江上游生态破坏严重，导致水土流失严重，产生了水体的非点源污染。为此，必须积极造林，改变树种单一结构，严格管理以加强森林建设；兴建水库，坡地改梯田，合理规划，生物措施与工程措施相结合治理小流域以控制水土流失；同时控制农药使用，以协调农业生产与水源地水质保护。The ecological equilibrium on the upper reach of Nan Pan Rivere is destroyed seriously:This resulted in the loss of water and soil and the non-point pollution of water body.Therefore,we must afforest enthusiastically,change the single structure of plant and manage them strictly in order to enforce the forest construction.We also should build reservoirs ,change the land into terraced fields,plan reasonably and combine the biological methods with project methods in order to control the water and soil loss.Meanwhile,we should control the utilization of fertilizer and pesticide in order to coordinate the agriculture and the water quality protection of the water source.
