摘　　要：我国的自然灾害和人为灾害较为严重,由于救援不及时,往往延误最佳施救时机,扩大事故后果。紧急救助员作为一种新的职业由家正式公布,目的是在紧急情况下及时有效进行救援,实施现场救护,最大程度的降低人员伤亡和财产损失。紧急救助员的任务是在发生紧急情况后,作为第一目击人及时在第一时间施救,及时处理事故现场,协助指挥尽快疏散人员和为挽救受伤人员的生命赢得宝贵的时间。紧急救助员属于志愿者的一种,也可以实行国家认证,经过专门培训、具有一定技能的自愿应急救援人员,是专业救援队伍的重要补充,是我国应急救援体系的重要组成部分。The natural and man-made hazards in China are severe. Due to the rescue is not seasonable, the best salvage occasion will be delayed and the accident consequence will be extended usually. So the emergency assistant is formally publicized by country as a new occupation, aiming at taking rescue in-time and effectively, appliying field rescue under urgent situation to reduce the personnel casualty and property loss furthest. The task of emergency assistant is： after the emergency situation happened, as the first witness, to take rescue in first time, to dispose accident scene in time, to give assistance to direct the evacuation of people quickly, and to win precious time for saving life of the wounded. The emergency assistant is one type of volunteer and can be taken national certification. The voluntary emergency assistant that have taken special training and own some skills is an important supplement to professional rescue team and an important part of national emergency rescue system.
