摘　　要：随着我国经济社会的快速发展,特别是城镇化进程的加速,农村经济社会不断发展,农民生活水平进一步提高,村镇建筑市场的异常活跃,建设规模日益扩大。村镇建设质量安全问题也日益突出,本文拟结合事故原因分析,查找村镇建筑安全管理等方面存在的主要问题及法规制度缺陷,提出强化村镇建筑安全管理的相关对策措施建议:提高认识,加强调研,提出对策,推进工作;完善法律法规体系建设,落实安全监管主体责任;建立健全监督管理体系,切实履行安全监管职责;科学制定村镇建设规划,强化规划管理和导向作用;完善施工质量和安全服务体系,加强农房建设技术服务和管理。With the rapid development of China＇ s national economy and society, especially the accelerating of urbanization process, the country economly and society develop continually, and the living standard of peasant increase further. So the construction market in country is active unconventionally, and the building scale extend increasingly the problem of quality safety in country building extrude increasingly too. Combining the analysis of accident reason, this paper searched for the main problems, limitation of law and rules in the aspect of safety management on country builidng, and brought out the correlative countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the safety management of country building： to improve understanding enhance investigation, raise countermeasures and advance work; to supplement system construction of law and rules, fulfil the responsibility of main body in safety administration; to establish and perfect administratuion system, carry out safety programming scientifically, enhance function of programming management and orientability; to supplement construction quality and safety service system, enhance technical service and management of country building construction.
