纤维喉镜下咽喉疾病诊治的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨纤维喉镜下诊治咽喉疾病的临床应用价值。方法采用olympus ENT-T3型纤维鼻咽喉镜对1550例有咽喉部症状,声带息肉,声带小结等患者行纤维喉镜检查及治疗。结果1550例患者顺利接受了检查并得到诊断及治疗。381例声带息肉和134例声带小结患者在纤维喉镜下作了息肉或小结的摘除。72例其他咽喉部疾病患者接受了纤维喉镜下的相应治疗。随访0.5～1年无复发。结论纤维喉镜是咽喉疾病诊断和治疗的一种比较安全、方便、经济的有效工具。[Objective] To approach clinical application value of fibrolaryngoscope in the diagnose and calming of diseases of the deglut and larynx. [Method] Deploy olympus ENT-T3 -type fibro-nasopharyngolarygnoscop, 1550 pous patients companion with symptoms of pars laryngea pharynges, polyp of vocal cord, chorditis nodulosa were examined and treated. [Result] 1550 pous patients received examinations smoothly and gained their diagnoses and therapy. [Conclusion] Fibrolaryngoscopeis a safe, instant and effective tool in treating deglut and laryny diseases.
