摘　　要：对大学生的恋爱动机、贞操观、两性观、结婚行为、生育等婚姻法律方面的内容进行的调查表明,大学生的总体法律意识基本与当今社会的法律要求和道德观念相符合,并在某些方面形成了当代婚姻家庭的价值观。paper investigates college students＇ love motivation, virtue view, sexual view, marriage and bearing in the form of questionnaire, and discusses their identity with marriage law regulations and the existing disparity from the point of view of marriage jurisprudence so as to shorten their distance.
