摘　　要：电子商务的本质在于降低信息成本,包括销售成本、采购成本等方面,而移动agent技术的低网络带宽需求、智能性、自治性等优点可以从很大程度上促进电子商务的发展。因此,基于Aglet平台开发了一个简单电子商务系统SCEMS(Simple E-Commerce System)。在简单介绍电子商务和Aglet的基础上,重点描述了SECMS的系统框架和主要功能实现。The essence of E - commerce lies in reducing information cost, including cost of sales, purchasing and so on. The technology of Mobile agent, which reduces network bandwidth, and with its intelligence and autonomy, may promote the development of E - commerce tremendously. Therefore, we developed a simple E - commerce system SCEMS（Simple E- Commerce System） based on the Aglet platform. The article mainly describes the system frame and the main function of SECMS on the basis of brief introduction of E - commerce and the Aglet.
