摘　　要：在当今信息社会,对高等院校来说,建立高效的日常事务管理子系统,是提升教育管理水平的一个重要环节。本文分析论证了日常事务管理系统建设的必要性和迫切性,并针对高校日常事务管理的特点,设计了一个有特色的高校日常管理系统。该系统不仅可以提高学校的教学、管理工作效率,还可为学生提供方便的学习环境。In today＇s information society, the construction of high efficient daily business management system is a very important step in raising the level of education management for universities. This paper analyzed the necessity and emergency of the construction of daily business management system. According to the characteristic of daily business management in universities, the author designed a distinctive daily business management system for universities, which can not only improve the efficiency of teaching and management in universities, but also provide a convenient learning environment for students.
