摘　　要：综合分析了医学影像的三维重建方法,提出适合我国国情的医学影像处理平台体系结构,提出了面向临床应用的断层影像表面重建流程,并且着重阐述了重建过程中使用到的关键技术。该工作对于推进我国自主产权的三维重建系统的商业化进程具有一定的推动作用。This article introduced the platform architecture of medical image processing suited Chinese situation through analyzing the 3D reconstruction method for medical image, illustrated the sectional image surface reconstruction flow especially for clinic application. It also introduced the key technology in reconstruction especially. This work has certain effects in pro- moting the commercial process of the 3D reconstruction system which is China＇ s own proprietary.
