摘  要:为分析自行高炮系统的效能,提出自行高炮系统效能分析计算的理论方法与计算模型。按照自行高炮系统的功能结构和组成特点,把系统固有能力分解为信息能力、火力控制能力、火力能力、机动能力、防护能力和保障能力。采用层次分析法处理专家的调查数据,得出6项具体固有能力的幂指数计算公式,基于美国工业界武器系统效能咨询委员会(WSEIAC)的效能分析模型,建立了自行高炮系统效能分析的模型。对某类型自行高炮系统效能分析结果表明:该模型可用于计算自行高炮系统效能值和评估同类武器之间的效能高低。To analyze the system effectiveness of self-propelled anti-air gun system, theoretical means and computing model of system effectiveness analysis of self-propelled anti-air gun system (SPAAGS) are studied. According to the power exponent model and the analytic hierarchy process, the system effectiveness model of SPAAGS is put forward by using the basic model of system effectiveness analysis of the Weapon System Effectiveness Industry Advisory Committee (WSEIAC). The components and functions of the SPAAGS are discussed in order to deduce the six capacities (capacity of information, capacity of fire control, capacity of fire, capacity of mobility, capacity of protection, and capacity of sustainability) and their six power exponent function formulae. The analysis results of a type of SPAAGS indicate that the model can be used to compute the value of system effectiveness of a SPAAGS and to compare the order of quality of a number of SPAAGSs or similar weapon systems.
