摘　　要：介绍了已在北京市部分实现的1种电力数据远程实时采集监控管理系统。以实例分析了此系统需求侧管理、电网经济运行、反窃电等方面的优势。对北京供电局一次性改造采用此系统的技术经济性进行了分析。The paper introduces a remote real-time power-data acquisition and monitoring management system which has been partly realized in Beijing. Through examples, the author also analyzes its advantages in power demand side management, electric network economical operation, and electricity stealing. Finally, the paper analyses the technical economy of the one-off conversion to this system carried out by Beijing Power Supply Bureau.
