摘　　要：为了提高万家寨引黄工程的可持续发展能力,通过对工程供水区及其它地区的调研,提出了一套由调整水价、拓展供水面积、抽进水干线建设及完善法律保障等方面组成的保证措施。Based on the survey of water supply area of Wanjiazhai Yellow River Water Diversion Project, and of Taiyuan and some other districts, the paper comes up with a set of safeguard mechanism, including the adjustment of the price, expansion of water supply area, boost of construction of north main stem and perfection of law, to improve the sustainable development of Wanjiazhai Yellow Water Diversion Project.
