摘　　要：介绍了城市土地集约利用潜力评价的技术方法,对城市土地集约利用潜力评价信息系统图形平台的选择、架构设计、功能设计及系统的实现等进行了研究.This paper briefly introduces the general review about the evaluation method of intensive urban land utilization and potentialities evaluation. Besides, how to build the related information system on intensive urban land utilization and potentialities evaluation is discussed in detail.
