摘　　要：目的总结耳内窥镜在分泌性中耳炎治疗中的应用效果。方法分泌性中耳炎患者93例（115耳）,经保守治疗仍有鼓室积液,在耳内窥镜辅助下行鼓膜穿刺55例（69耳）及鼓膜切开置管术38例（46耳）。结果术后随访3月-1年,治愈103耳,好转10耳,无效2耳,总有效率98.3%。结论在耳内窥镜下行鼓膜穿刺抽液和鼓膜置管视野清晰,定位准确,可有效避免盲目操作,减少损伤,提高治愈率。Objective To summarize the effect of oto-endoscope assisted treatment for secretory otitis media（SOM）. Methods 93 SOM cases （ 115 ears） with hydrotympanum after conservative treatment, were underwent auripuncture （55 cases, 69 ears） or myringotomy with grommet insertion （38 cases, 46 ears）. All managements were assisted by oto-endoscope. Results All patients were followed up for 3 months to 1 year, and the results showed 103 ears healed, 10 ears improved and 2 ears invalid. The total effective rate was 98.3%. Conclusion Oto-endoscope assisted treatment for SOM could decrease operation related injury and increase cure rate with advantages as clear visual field, direct operating and accurate localization.
