保留股骨颈型人工全髋关节置换术初步观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨保留股骨颈型人工全髋关节置换的近期疗效。方法:采用保留股骨颈型人工全髋关节置换术治疗髋关节骨关节病20例(24髋)。结果:本组经过0.5～5a随访,24个人工髋关节临床效果良好。人工髋关节的活动和其后关节功能良好,影像学检查显示人工髋关节位置良好,假体无松动和下沉。结论:保留股骨颈型人工全髋关节置换治疗髋关节骨关节病近期疗效较好,尤其适用于可能需要行假体翻修的中青年患者。Objective：To investigate the clinical curative effect of the artifial total hip replacement with collum femoris reserved. Methods：20 patients（24 hips） consisted of 8 males and 12 females, aged from 31 to 56 years with an average of 46 years, underwent the artifial total hip arthroplasty preserving femoral neck. Results ： All the patients were followed up for six months to 5 years, the joint function was satisfactory. The imaging showed that the positions of artifial hip joint were good, without loosening or sinking of prosthesis. Conclusion： Treating osteoarthrosis of Hip joint by the artifial total hip replacement preserving collum femoris could achieves a good clinical effect, especially refer to those middle-aged or young patients who might need prosthesis rebuilding in the future.
