摘 要:目的了解上海城区中小学生血压现况、高血压检出率,为预防儿童高血压提供依据。方法测量上海城区11所中小学7 326名6~18岁在校学生身高、体重、血压。结果在校学生高血压总检出率为6.9%(502/7 326例),高血压检出率在体质指数(BMI)正常学生中仅为4.8%(303/6 053例),在超重和肥胖学生分别为8.8%(84/946例)、17.9%(113/630例);超重和肥胖学生高血压检出率显著高于BMI正常者(2χ=98.9、78.7,P均<0.01);上海地区6~18岁儿童青少年血压与BMI独立正相关。结论在校儿童青少年超重和肥胖者高血压的危险性明显增加,上海地区6~18岁在校学生血压与BMI独立相关。防治儿童青少年超重和肥胖是预防高血压的重要措施。[临床儿科杂志,2007,25(12):1005-1008]Objectives To analyze the prevalence of hypertension in children of Shanghai, and provide scientific evidence for early prevention of hypertension. Methods Total of 7326 children from 11 primary and middle schools were recruited in the study. Body weight, height and blood pressure were measured. Results The prevalence of hypertension was 6.9% in all the children examined. Further analysis suggested difference in prevalence of hypertension among different groups, with 4.8%, 8.8%, 17.9% in normal BMI group, overweight group, and obesity group, respectively. The incidence of hypertension in both obesity group and overweight group was significantly higher than that in normal BMI group (χ^2 = 98.9, 78.7, P 〈 0.01). BMI has positive relationship with systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The risk for hypertension was increased significantly in children and adolescence with overweight or obesity. There was a positive correlation between BMI and blood pressure. Therefore, it is very important to avoid overweight and obesity for the prevention of hypertension in children.
