精制抗狂犬病血清的接种反应

摘　　要：目的观察国产精制抗狂犬病血清接种后的反应。方法按照抗狂犬病血清使用说明,对符合三级暴露者850人进行抗狂犬病血清接种,并观察接种反应。结果抗狂犬病血清注射者850人,反应阳性率为12.47%,其中24h内反应率为3.41%,迟发过敏反应率为9.06%。无过敏性休克病例。4～8d出现局部反应率为4.94%,比其他时间组均高,差异有显著意义。皮试阳性组与阴性组迟发过敏反应率比较,差异无显著意义。男性反应率为10.83%,女性反应率为13.91%,两组差异无显著意义。不超过20岁组反应率为8.12%,20岁以上年龄组反应率为15.62%,两组差异有显著意义。结论使用国产精制抗狂犬病血清安全可行。Objective To observe the adverse reactions after vaccination with purified rabies antisenun.Methods Inject purified rabies antiserum to 850 subjects with exposure class Ⅲ to rabies virus and observe the adverse reactions. Results The incidence of adverse re- action within 24 h was 3.41%, and that of delayed type hypersensitivity was 9,06 %. No allergic shock was observed. The incidence of local reaction 4 - 8 d after vaccination was 4.94 %, which was significantly higher than those in other periods. No significant difference was observed between the incidences of delayed type hypersensitivity in the subjects positive and negative in skin test, The incidence of adverse reaction in total subjects was 12.47% （106/850）,and those in male and female subjects were 10,83% （43/397）and 13.91 % （63/453）respectively,which showed no significant difference, However, the incidece of adverse reaction in the subjects at ages of not more than 20 years was 8, 12% （29/357） ,which was significantly lower than that at ages of more than 20 years （ 15.62% ,77/453）. Conclusion The use of domestic purified rabies antiserum is safe and feasible.
