摘  要:目的探讨适合数字减影血管造影(DSA)图像备份存储的最简便和最实惠的存储方式。方法将429例具有完整临床资料患者的DSA图像资料进行光盘刻录、图像存储和传输系统(PACS)存储和USB移动存储。对3种方法的备份耗费的时间、调阅所需时间、所耗费用、操作的简便性及图像质量进行比较。结果USB移动储蓄的备份所需时间、调阅所需时间、费用、每例患者备份成本明显低于前两种方法,而且操作简单、图像质量好。结论USB移动存储是最简便和最实惠的DSA图像数据存储方式,可作为常规方法加以推广。Objective To investigate the best backup and archiving methods of DSA picture. Methods DSA pictures of 429 cases with complete clinical findings underwent compact disc copy, picture archiving and communication systems (PACS) and USB movable storage respectively. Backup time, time on open, cost, backup cost of each patient, easy to perform, picture quantity of the there methods were compared. Results Backup time, time on open, cost, backup cost of each patient of USB movable storage were lower than those of another two methods, which was easy to perform and had better picture quality. Conclusion USB movable storage is the best and cheapest movable storage pattern, which may be routine method of archiving methods of DSA image.
