摘　　要：通过阐述创新人才的素质特征、创新教育的内涵以及国内外医学院校对人才创新能力的培养,从有利于提高医学人才的创新意识、创新能力、科学思维方法和科研技能的培养等方面,介绍该院对医学人才能力的培养模式。The present paper expounds the characteristic qualities of innovative talents, the basic requirements of innovation education and the status quo of the cultivation of innovation ability both at home and abroad. It also offers an introduction of the mode of Nanjing General Hospital for cultivating the innovation ability of medical professionals as regards how to strengthen innovation awareness, develop innovation ability and improve innovation skills of scientific thinking and researching.
