摘 要:以石油树脂为改性剂,采用剂在油中的乳化方法对石蜡进行乳化改性研究。考察了石油树脂对石蜡乳液耐水性和附着力的影响,不同HLB值的乳化剂及用量,乳化工艺条件对改性石蜡乳液稳定性和粒径的影响。结果表明:实验室研制的TF-1乳化剂乳化效果好。在石油树脂用量(m_(pr))/石蜡用量(m_(pf))=0.75,TF-1乳化剂用量(m_e)/油相用量(m_o)=0.15、乳化温度85~95℃、乳化时间25~35min、搅拌速度800~1 200 r/min的条件下制备的石油树脂改性石蜡乳液防水性近似为石蜡乳液的2倍、附着力1级、粒径0.748μm、离心分离30min不分层。The modification of paraffin emulsion is studied using petroleum resin as modification agent The effect of petroleum resin on water repellent property, the adhesive force of paraffin emulsion and the impact of different HLB values of emulsion and its quantity and the emulsifying processing conditions on the modification paraffin emulsion stability and particle sizes are studied. The results show that the TF-1 emulsifier prepared in the laboratory performs well. When the mass ratio of petroleum resin/paraffin is 0.75, emulsifier/ oil-phase is 0.15, emulsifying temperature is at 85 -95℃, emulsifying time is 25 -35 min, stirring speed is 800- 1 200 r/min, petroleum resin modification paraffin emulsion is prepared under these conditions has a water repellent property which is two times that of the paraffin emulsion. The adhesive force is 1 st level, emulsion mean size is 0. 748μm and there is no delamination when being centrifugal separated for 30min.
