摘  要:以苯酚、壬烯为主要原料合成壬基酚。研究了反应温度、反应时间和催化剂用量等因素对合成反应的影响。结果表明,合成壬基酚的最佳工艺条件为:在常压下,苯酚与壬烯的物料比为1:1.7(摩尔比),反应温度为110℃,反应时间为10小时,催化剂的用量为15%(以苯酚质量份计)。The Nonylphenol was synthesized with phenol and nonene as the main materials. The influence of reaction temperature, reaction time and the use level of catalyst on the reaction were research. The resuh demonstrated the best techniques condition of synthesizing nonylphenol. Under the standard pressure, material ratio of phenol to nonene was 1/1.7 (mole ratio), synthetic temperature was controlled at 110℃, the reaction time was 10h and the use level of the catalyst was 15% (the weight of phenol).
